OPEN POSITIONS

  1. DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute the company’s 3–5-year strategic roadmap
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the EdTech market in Vietnam and Southeast Asia
  • Propose M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and new business models
  • Report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors

REQUIREMENTS

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree (top-tier local/international institutions preferred)
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a similar role (Head of Strategy, Strategy Manager, Deputy/VP of Strategy)
  • At least 5+ years in corporate strategy/business development (strong preference for EdTech, SaaS, Education)
  • Proven track record in the Education/Training/EdTech sector is a significant advantage
  • Fluent business English (speaking, reading, and writing complex reports)
  1. B2B PROJECT DIRECTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end eLearning project delivery for large enterprise clients (from kick-off to UAT & handover)
  • Build project plans, manage timeline, budget, quality, and risks
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners/vendors
  • Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, IT or related fields
  • Proven experience managing complex B2B projects (preferably eLearning/EdTech solutions)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus
  1. B2B SALES EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect, approach, and develop enterprise clients (B2B)
  • Consult, negotiate, and close contracts for training products/services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Achieve individual sales targets and report performance regularly

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields
  • At least 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in training, education, HR solutions, or technology services)
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer care skills
  • Professional appearance and ability to work under high sales pressure
  1. TRAINING CONTENT DEVELOPER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research, design, and develop training content (offline & online)
  • Create curricula, lesson scripts, learning materials, videos, and exercises
  • Continuously update and improve content based on trends and learner feedback
  • Collaborate with instructors, designers, and video teams

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in training content development (soft skills, foreign languages, IT skills preferred)
  • Excellent logical thinking, writing, and creative content skills
  1. PROGRAMMER / SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain web/apps and internal & client-facing software products
  • Write clean, high-performance code
  • Participate in requirement analysis, database design, and technical documentation
  • Debug, enhance features, and research new technologies

REQUIREMENTS

  • College/University degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent
  • Proficient in at least one of the following: PHP/Laravel
  • Knowledge of RESTful API, Git, SQL/NoSQL
  • Fresh graduates with strong personal projects are also considered
  1. GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Training & Marketing Materials)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design training materials: slides, infographics, handouts, eLearning visuals
  • Create marketing assets: banners, social media posts, landing pages
  • Produce short motion graphics and collaborate with the video team
  • Ensure brand consistency and aesthetic quality

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Fine Arts or related fields
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (strong portfolio is a must)
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
  • Knowledge of After Effects/Premiere is a strong advantage
  1. MARKETING EXECUTIVE / SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute online/offline marketing campaigns
  • Manage Fanpage, TikTok, YouTube; run Google & Facebook Ads
  • Produce marketing content (articles, short videos, creatives)
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize advertising budget
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and seminars

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields
  • 2–4 years of overall marketing experience (preferably in education/training industry)
  • Proficient in running FB/Google Ads and basic SEO
  • Strong content writing and creative idea generation skills
